CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 1,080 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by two certificated subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 120,220,257 ordinary shares, including 15,024,788 held in Treasury, and 5,793,286 subscription shares.
