CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 450 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by an uncertificated subscription shareholder.

The shares in issue following this notification are 119,911,118 ordinary shares, including 10,026,788 held in treasury, and 6,102,425 subscription shares.
