CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 3,618 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by three uncertificated subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 120,262,633 ordinary shares, including 15,049,788 held in Treasury, and 5,750,910 subscription shares.
