CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 9,865 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by seven uncertificated subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 119,964,091 ordinary shares, including 13,524,788 held in Treasury, and 6,049,452 subscription shares.
