CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 152,917 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by ten uncertificated subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 120,426,604 Ordinary shares, including 15,979,788 held in Treasury, and 5,586,939 subscription shares.
