CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES 

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 5,884 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated subscription shareholders.  

The shares in issue following this notification are 108,060,964 ordinary shares, including 1,979,788 held in treasury, and 17,952,579 subscription shares.
