CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 15,592 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 115,051,721 ordinary shares, including 1,979,788 held in treasury, and 10,961,822 subscription shares.
