CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 2,780 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 116,724,090 ordinary shares, including 1,979,788 held in treasury, and 9,289,453 subscription shares.
