CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 134,102 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 117,110,949 ordinary shares, including 1,979,788 held in treasury, and 8,902,594 subscription shares.
