CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 1,800 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 117,517,046 ordinary shares, including 1,979,788 held in treasury, and 8,496,497 subscription shares.
