CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 480 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by one certificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 117,919,118 ordinary shares, including 1,979,788 held in treasury, and 8,094,425 subscription shares.
