CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 17,257 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by uncertificated subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 119,951,476 ordinary shares, including 11,749,788 held in treasury, and 6,062,067 subscription shares.
