CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 480 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a certificated subscription shareholder. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 119,851,371 ordinary shares, including 3,501,788 held in treasury, and 6,162,172 subscription shares.
