CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 4,730 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 119,856,221 ordinary shares, including 3,501,788 held in treasury, and 6,157,322 subscription shares.
