CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 500 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a certificated subscription shareholder.

The shares in issue following this notification are 120,427,104 ordinary shares, including 16,529,788 held in Treasury, and 5,586,439 subscription shares.
