CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 2,560 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by four certificated subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 120,559,911 ordinary shares, including 17,169,788 held in Treasury, and 5,453,632 subscription shares.
