The Board of JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Richard Burns as a Non Executive Director with effect from 1st
December 2006.
Richard Burns retired as Joint Senior Partner and Head of Investment at Baillie
Gifford in April 2006, having worked at the Company since 1973. He is a
Director of The Bankers Investment Trust plc, EP Global Oppurtunities Trust plc,
Mid Wynd International Investment Trust plc and Standard Life Equity Income
Trust plc.
