JPMORGAN FLEMING INDIAN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
ISSUE OF SHARES
JPMorgan Fleming Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today, 2nd August
2005, it issued 150,000 ordinary shares to two market participants at 198 pence
per share representing 0.16% of the ordinary shares in issue.
The number of shares issued under the current authority totals 3,624,000. A
further 5,397,136 shares are available for issue under the authority granted at
the EGM held on 22nd March 2005.
The shares in issue following this notification are 94,275,392.
