PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT TEAM CHANGES

The Board has been informed that after 24 years with JPMorgan Rajendra ("Raj") Nair, the Company's joint portfolio manager, has decided to leave JPMorgan Asset Management.

The Company's portfolio is managed on a joint portfolio manager basis. Raj's co-manager, Ayaz Ebrahim, will continue in his current role managing the Company's investments and the investment process for the Company's portfolio management will remain unchanged. With effect from 30^th September 2022, Ayaz will be joined as co-manager by Amit Mehta and Sandip Patodia.

Amit, a managing director, is a portfolio manager responsible for Global Emerging Markets portfolios based in London. He has been a JPMAM employee since 2011, having previously worked at Prusik Investment Management and Atlantis Investment Management where he was an Asian equities Analyst and Portfolio Manager.

Sandip, an executive director, is a country specialist responsible for India portfolios within the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific (EMAP) Equities team based in London. Sandip joined JPMorgan Asset Management in September 2022 from Fundsmith where he was an Assistant Portfolio Manager for the Emerging Markets fund and had primary research responsibility for India.

The portfolio managers will continue to work closely with the team of 40 research analysts based around the world who have, on average, 15 years of experience.

The Board would like to thank Raj for his long-standing contribution to the management of the Company's portfolio and it looks forward to working with Ayaz, Amit, Sandip and the other members of the Company's investment management team to seek to deliver strong long-term returns to shareholders.
