    JPMORGAN INDIAN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC ('the Company')

            SUBSCRIPTION SHARE INFORMATION

The Company currently has 16,427,294 Subscription shares in issue. The exercise price of these Company's Subscription shares will increase from 227 pence per share to 247 pence per share on 3 January 2010. For information purposes only, the Company's Cum income and Capital only NAV, assuming that the current Subscription shares in issue were all exercised at 247 pence per share, based on assets as at close of business 3 December 2009, would be 392.64p and 394.89 respectively.
