SUBSCRIPTION SHARE INFORMATION

The Company currently has 7,873,777 Subscription shares in issue. The final opportunity to exercise Subscription shares at 247 pence per share will expire on 2nd January 2012.  Currently, the next opportunity to exercise Subscription shares after 2nd January 2012 will be 3rd January 2012 at 291 pence per share. For information purposes only, the Company's Cum Income and Capital only NAV per share, assuming that the current Subscription shares in issue were all exercised at 291 pence per share, based on assets as at close of business on 28^th  December 2011, would be 362.15 pence and 362.25 pence respectively.
