First Quarterly Interim Dividend

The Board of JPMorgan Japan Small Cap Growth & Income plc announces that the Company's cum income Net Asset Value ('NAV') was 549.6 pence per share at 30th June 2021. Accordingly, in line with the Company's distribution policy, the Directors have declared that a first quarterly interim dividend of 5.5 pence per share for the year ending 31st March 2022 will be paid on 13th August 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 9th July 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 8th July 2021.
