Result of General Meeting

At a General Meeting ('GM') held earlier today, the resolutions which were set out in the Circular dated 6 February 2009 in relation to (i) the issue of subscription shares and the adoption of new articles of association and (ii) the renewal of the Company's authority to repurchase ordinary shares were duly passed without amendment. 

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.2 of the Listing Rules, two copies of the resolutions approved at the GM have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be made available for inspection via the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
