Listing application

In connection with the final exercise of subscription share rights, the Company has today made an application to the UK Listing Authority for a listing of 3,351,134 ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the shares to be admitted to trading on its main market. The ordinary shares pursuant to this application have already been issued by the Company on the exercise of subscription shares rights and this took place after the Company's previous block listing authority had been exhausted.

Admission is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 14^th May 2014.

The Company has 46,688,796 shares in issue including 409,500 shares held in Treasury.  Accordingly the total number of voting rights for ordinary shareholders in the Company is 46,279,296.
