('The Company')

In conformity with the Transparency Directive the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 28 February 2014 the Company's share capital consists of 39,694,266 Ordinary 10 pence shares, carrying one vote each and 6,994,530 Subscription shares of 1 pence each with no voting rights. The Company also holds 409,500 shares in treasury. 

Therefore, as at 28 February 2014, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 39,284,766.

The above figures (39,284,766) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
