('the Company')

In conformity with the Transparency Directive the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 November 2015 the Company's share capital consists of 47,253,761 Ordinary 10 pence shares, carrying one vote each and 8,690,799 Subscription shares of 0.1 pence each with no voting rights. The Company also holds 409,500 shares in treasury. 

Therefore, as at 30 November 2015, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 46,844,261.

The above figure of (46,844,261) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
