DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 20^th December 2013, a dividend of 2.80 pence per share will be paid on 23^rd December 2013 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 29^th November 2013.
