DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 18^th December 2015, a dividend of 2.80 pence per share will be paid on 29^th December 2015 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27^th November 2015 (ex-dividend 26^th November 2015).
