This Announcement replaces 6844X released at 17:10. The change is to the pence per share. All other details remain correct.

 

 

The Company announces that it has today purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 478 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 12,755,989 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 148,492,089. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
