DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 1st November 2023, a final dividend of 23.75p will be paid on 15th November 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 13th October 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 12th October 2023.

The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) which is managed by the registrar, Equiniti, and the deadline for elections under the DRIP (to start the plan from the final dividend referred to above) is 27th October 2023. Shareholders holding their shares through specialist platforms may also be able to participate in a DRIP and should contact their providers for details.
