TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc has today purchased into Treasury 17,000 ordinary shares at 396.86 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 26,132,180 including 773,000 shares held in Treasury at a weighted average discount of 14.73%.
