JPMORGAN MID CAP INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc has today purchased into Treasury 54,000 ordinary shares at 439.4 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 26,132,180 including 361,500 shares held in Treasury at a weighted average discount of 15.14%.
