JPMORGAN MID CAP INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION

JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc have today purchased 24,487 ordinary shares at 442.90 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 25,612,984 including 1,400,900 shares held in treasury at a weighted average discount of 15.81%.
