TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc has today purchased into treasury 50,000 ordinary shares at 365.30 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 26,132,180 including 1,400,900 shares held in treasury at a weighted average discount of 15.81%.
