The Directors of JPMorgan Multi-Asset Trust plc have declared the following dividend:

Second interim dividend

A second interim dividend of 1.00 pence per ordinary share, for the year ending 28^th February 2021, will be paid on 6^th November 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 2^nd October 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 1^st October 2020.

For this second interim dividend, the Company has elected not to 'stream' part of the dividend payment and therefore the whole of the 1.00 pence will be designated as a dividend to shareholders.
