The Directors of JPMorgan Multi-Asset Trust plc have declared the following dividend:

Fourth interim dividend

A fourth interim dividend of 1.00 pence per ordinary share, for the year ending 29^th February 2020, will be paid on 7^th May 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 3^rd April 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 2^nd April 2020.

For this fourth interim dividend, the Company has elected not to 'stream' part of the dividend payment and therefore the whole of the 1.00 pence will be designated as a dividend to shareholders.

Further details of the tax implications for shareholders of the interest 'streaming' regime can be found in Part 7 'Taxation' of the Company's prospectus dated 24^th January 2018 and are referred to in the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 28^th February 2019.
