The Directors of JPMorgan Multi-Asset Trust plc have declared the following dividend:

First interim dividend

A first interim dividend of 1.00 pence per ordinary share, for the year ending 28^th February 2021, will be paid on 7^th August 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 3^rd July 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 2^nd July 2020.

For this first interim dividend of the Company's year ending 28^th February 2021, the Company has elected not to 'stream' part of the dividend payment and therefore the whole of the 1.00 pence will be designated as a dividend to shareholders.
