The Directors of JPMorgan Multi-Asset Trust plc have declared the following dividend:

Third interim dividend

A third interim dividend of 1.00 pence per ordinary share, for the year ending

28^th February 2021, will be paid on 5^th February 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 29^th December 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 24^th December 2020.

For this third interim dividend, the Company has elected not to 'stream' part of the dividend payment and therefore the whole of the 1.00 pence will be designated as a dividend to shareholders.
