The Directors of JPMorgan Multi-Asset Growth & Income plc have declared the following dividend:

Second interim dividend

A second interim dividend of 1.1 pence per ordinary share, for the year ending 28^th February 2023, will be paid on 4^th November 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business September 30^th 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 29^th September 2022.

For this second interim dividend of the Company's year ending 28th February 2023, the Company has elected not to 'stream' part of the dividend payment and therefore the whole of the 1.1 pence will be designated as a dividend to shareholders.
