Further to the announcement on 16 May 2018, JPMorgan Multi-Asset Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that yesterday it filed audited Initial Accounts at Companies House for the period 19^th December 2017 to 15^th May 2018.  

The requirement for the Company to file audited Initial Accounts arises in order to allow the Company to use the special reserve created alongside the Company's accumulated profits to pay dividends and repurchase ordinary shares pursuant to its discount and premium management policies as referred to in the prospectus published by the Company on 24 January 2018.
