('the Company')

Allocation of expenses

The Board has reviewed the Company's policy on the allocation of administrative expenses. In order better to reflect the expected returns from the Company's portfolio, it has been agreed that 70% of administrative expenses will be allocated to capital and 30% to revenue. This change will be effective from the beginning of the current financial year that commenced on 1st August 2015.
