Blocklisting application

1 February 2016

The Company has made an application to the UK Listing Authority for a blocklisting of 3,557,451 ordinary shares in the Company of 25 pence each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the Shares to be admitted to trading on its Main Market. The blocklisting is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 2 February 2016.

Shares issued under the blocklisting will be used to satisfy the issue of ordinary shares pursuant to future exercises of the Company's subscription shares.
