A letter has been sent to shareholders of the Company today pursuant to Section 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006.  It is for information only and relates to the statutory statement received from Deloitte LLP in connection with its resignation as the Company's Auditor with effect from 28th November 2017 (the date of the Company's Annual General Meeting). 

The resignation follows the Company's formal, competitive review and tender of audit services and the decision to appoint Ernst & Young LLP as Auditor.  The Company put the audit out to tender and Deloitte LLP did not participate due to length of tenure.

The appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as Auditor to the Company will be proposed at the Annual General Meeting on 28th November 2017.
