DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28th November 2014, a dividend of 9.6 pence per share will be paid on 5th December 2014 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 7th November 2014 with the ex-dividend date of 6th November 2014.
