DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 23rd November 2015, a final dividend of 11.0 pence per Ordinary share will be paid on 18th December 2015 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 13th November 2015.
