The Company has today issued 94,000 new Ordinary Shares for cash from Treasury at 317.80 pence per share.

In addition the Company also issued 106,000 new Ordinary shares for cash at 317.80 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility. 

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 57,076,928 Ordinary Shares.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
