PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS

11 March 2014

Further to the Resolutions passed at the General Meeting on 4 March 2014 giving the Directors authority, among other things, to issue additional Shares up to 20 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, the Company is pleased to announce the publication of a prospectus (the "Prospectus") to obtain admission to the Official List of any Shares issued pursuant to the authority conferred by the Resolutions.

A copy of the Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
