In conformity with the Transparency Directive we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31^st January 2022, the Company's issued share capital consists of 65,506,265   Ordinary 2.5 pence shares.  The Company holds 0 Ordinary shares in Treasury.  

Therefore, as at 31^st January 2022, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc is 65,506,265 .

The above figure (65,506,265) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
