JPMORGAN US SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

TREASURY STOCK

On 29 August 2014, JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc purchased into Treasury 90,000 Ordinary shares at 145.75 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 830,000 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 56,140,928. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
