JPMORGAN US SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

TREASURY STOCK

On 08 August 2014, JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc purchased into Treasury 65,000 Ordinary shares at 136.70 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 740,000 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 56,230,928. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
